Cameras 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 appear to be on CalTrans ROW (advanced
implementation)

Please take a look and let us know if you'd like to make any changes. I
generated a quote based on the above deployment in order to provide a cost
estimate. I also attached a copy of the legal agreement to get your eyes on
it now. I am assuming the county attorney will have to review that.
