Good morning Caroline,

I hope you are doing well as it has been a long time since we last spoke. I
am looking to pick up the LPR project where we left off as we now have
funding to move forward with the project, partially. I say partially as we
didn't receive the funding that we were hoping for but we did receive some.
In short we have a total of about $59,000 to put towards the project from
different funding sources. I know this will limit the amount of cameras we
can have but could you get me some numbers on what we could do with that
amount of money? I am sure you will have questions and I am open to setting
up a meeting if you are. Please let me know if there is anything further
you need from me.
