With the FLOCK cameras being installed within the county there is some Admin and user training that we need to go through to make sure we are using the system efficiently as well as within policy and MOU agreements. I am looking to schedule a virtual meeting with a FLOCK representative for August 12th or 13th to go over the system and answer any questions we may have. Please let me know if you are available these days, it should be about an hour long meeting.
In the meantime there is some training that we can do ahead of the meeting that can better prepare us with questions as well as resolve some of the issues we are currently having. Below are instructions on how to get to the training information on the FLOCk site. The courses are about 40 minutes long so if you have the time please take a look at them.

Once on the flock home page, go to the top right corner and click on the circled question mark. A drop down will appear and select the help center link.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you will see Training & Certificates. The first two courses are the most important topics but feel free to view all three. If you would like to, feel free to take the certification exam after you have reviewed the material. This is not required but suggested. Skip and Mark because you are admins, along with myself, we will have to take the certification exams for all three.
