I'm not available Friday so lets shoot for sometime next week Monday through Thursday preferably.

A couple of things I wanted to bring up to you is we have noticed that camera F#001-Shenandoah Rd @ 49 is not picking up all of the vehicle traffic going by. We confirmed this by having one of our investigators drive by it at varying speeds and he was only picked up once out of ten times. It looks to me the camera needs to be turned a little more to the east to expand the capture window if possible.

In regards to camera F#003 Camanche (Ingress) I see the location was moved slightly and that it is awaiting permitting. Can you tell me who you are awaiting permitting from? If it is on County easement and you are waiting for approval from the County I will make some calls to get it pushed through so we can get it installed as we have some outside funding tied to it.

Lastly, cameras F#010 49@Rdige RD NB and F#002 Ridge@49 EB, I know your team was working with the City of Sutter Creek on getting the permitting. I also know they have been dragging their feet and delaying the process. Please let me know if this is the case as we may consider moving the cameras up the road into County jurisdiction if they don't want to play ball.

Once signed, kindly scan the document and send it back to me at your earliest convenience. This step is essential for moving forward with your Caltrans permit application.

Additionally, I have also supplied the California Environmental Quality Act paperwork that we will need to be signed and returned. Once received, we will file it for the PD. This is a requirement by Caltrans.

I spoke with county roads prior to going out sick and I believe they will be approving the cameras on Airport RD as well, if they haven't done so already. I am working on getting the contacts for the City and County representatives for you so we can streamline the process for those cameras. In regards to the private party cameras, camera F#006 might fall on a County easement on airport road that I am looking into. One question I have is how far back from Airport Rd is the camera going to be placed? Camera F#008 I thought was on a Caltrans easement and that we moved it off the private party location, can you confirm. Lastly, F#003 and F#004 are on East Bay Mud Property, which is private, and I can get the agreement signed on those by the head ranger of EBMUD. Can you please send those to me to take care of?

Our permitting team is working on the CAD drawings for the city, county and Caltrans. Once these are completed, our team will submit the permits to each jurisdiction. I have also attached our private property agreement for the locations F#006 Airport Rd @ Hwy 49 WB and F#008 Hwy 88 @ Ridge Rd WB. Once the agreement is signed and returned, we can push this to our scheduling team.
