Original sources remain distinct from archival derivatives
County minutes and original meeting recordings are linked to their public hosts; the archived Nextdoor transcripts remain at their existing R2 URLs. For the Benov inquiry, three original EMLs were supplied to the archive. The public PDF, TXT and individual EMLs here are privacy-redacted derivatives of just the inquiry, correction and apology; unrelated later correspondence is deliberately excluded. The 2023 meeting excerpt is a working excerpt from user-supplied captions, not an official transcript.
