Corrected
Initial request fulfillment date and closure timeline
What changed: The archive corrected the initial request fulfillment date to June 18, 2026 and removed an unsupported July 2026 closure entry.
Affected pages: Home, Timeline, and ALPR Program Records Request.
Why: The earlier timeline presentation did not match the requester-provided chronology and the archived Sheriff’s Office response.
What changed: The vendor-selection request detail page now states that the request was acknowledged June 25, 2026, while clarifying that the acknowledgement document itself is not published in the source archive.
Affected page: ALPR Vendor Evaluation and Selection Records Request.
Why: The request tracker already reflected the June 25 acknowledgement, but the detail page previously said that no acknowledgement had been supplied.
Source basis: Requester-provided correspondence summarized in the request tracker; no raw acknowledgement file is currently published.
Audit-log terminology for the August 24 Flock production
What changed: The August 24 spreadsheet is now labeled throughout the archive as a Flock audit log rather than an event log. The R2 object filename was also corrected from ...flock-event-log.xlsx to ...flock-audit-log.xlsx.
Why: The produced workbook is titled “Flock Audit June to August 2026” and contains administrative/configuration actions. It was produced in response to a request for an updated event log, but the archive should not collapse those two record types into one label.
Source basis: Sheriff’s Office workbook produced August 24, 2026 and the August 12, 2026 request.
Outstanding-request statuses after the unified response
What changed: Three request-detail pages no longer state that the requests are pending, awaiting production, or missing an agency response. They now show that the July 28 unified response was received and independently reviewed, while preserving the finding that material gaps remain.
Affected pages: Pre-contract Access, Sharing, Grants, Audits, and Implementation; Flock Data Collection, System Capabilities, and Retention; and ALPR Vendor Evaluation and Selection.
Why: The status summaries were not updated when the unified production was published, creating a conflict between each page’s top status badge and its detailed status section.
Source basis: Sheriff’s Office unified response dated July 28, 2026 and the archive’s completed 37-item production review.
