The third active collection begins with two pending CPRA requests covering the Sheriff’s registration/compliance role and Probation’s supervision role. No findings are presented before the agencies respond.

Focused Flock follow-up answered
County Counsel issued a five-item response and the Sheriff produced one newly located email chain. A separate one-question request sought the locations of the two remaining camera installations mentioned in that chain; on August 24 the County reported no responsive records and said the cameras had not been installed.

The archive now includes the County Counsel response, the newly produced ACSO–Flock email chain, and the one-question request for the two remaining installation locations, which received a no-records response on August 24 followed by a same-day clarification.

The archive now includes the privacy-sanitized formal notice, its documented electronic transmission, supporting exhibits, and a separate report examining the policy, audit, accuracy, and retention issues it raises. The notice is labeled as submitted correspondence rather than an official finding.
