A new County production documents a $436,598.51 five-year Axon TASER agreement, sole-source procurement, invoices, vendor transactions, and historical ProForce records. The report compares those records with an archived Nextdoor exchange in which Sheriff Gary Redman said “nope. Hate Axion.”

County Counsel’s September 21 response and 16-page Sheriff production are now final for this request. On September 25, County Counsel confirmed that he followed up with staff and there were no additional records.

Focused Flock follow-up answered
County Counsel issued a five-item response and the Sheriff produced one newly located email chain. A separate one-question request sought the locations of the two remaining camera installations mentioned in that chain; on August 24 the County reported no responsive records and said the cameras had not been installed.

Focused response and new two-location request published
The archive now includes the County Counsel response, the newly produced ACSO–Flock email chain, and the one-question request for the two remaining installation locations, which received a no-records response on August 24 followed by a same-day clarification.

July 30 ALPR policy-compliance notice and report published
The archive now includes the privacy-sanitized formal notice, its documented electronic transmission, supporting exhibits, and a separate report examining the policy, audit, accuracy, and retention issues it raises. The notice is labeled as submitted correspondence rather than an official finding.
