The County describes 64 permanent spaces plus driveway parking for up to 100 cars.

How was the application found complete?
TAC again found the application incomplete in September 2025. The April 24, 2026 referral scheduled another completeness review for May 7. By May 27, Planning had advanced to CEQA and draft Conditions of Approval. The supplied record does not yet include a clear written completeness determination explaining that transition.
