Same response for each of the nine items
For each request item, County Counsel stated that staff had conducted a “reasonably diligent search,” identified records that may be responsive, and would provide the responsive records together with the response. The email did not identify withheld or redacted records.
Production contents
The response includes 14 attachments. Two pairs are exact-byte duplicates despite different filenames. The archive preserves every attachment under a normalized public filename and records the duplicate relationships in the source manifest.

Invoices, claims, and vendor transactions
Invoice/claim packet and native XLSX vendor transaction list covering Axon transactions included in the County search.
2020 TASER 7 / ProForce packet
Board materials documenting the prior five-year TASER arrangement and the County’s price comparison between Axon and ProForce.
2026 ProForce purchase
A March 2026 Board packet documents a $66,016.27 ProForce budget increase funded from ACCNET forfeiture revenue, but the packet does not itemize the purchase.
Archive treatment
The public response EML removes the requester’s personal identity/addressing information. All 14 agency attachments are preserved byte-for-byte as extracted from the County’s response email. A machine-readable source manifest lists the original filenames, normalized public object names, file sizes, SHA-256 hashes, descriptions, and duplicate groups.
