Registration and verification policies
How the Sheriff’s Office receives registration updates, verifies residence information, conducts compliance checks, and documents responsibilities.
Probation supervision practices
Supervision level, home visits and field contacts, standard conditions, electronic monitoring, treatment-related conditions, and violation response.
Interagency coordination
Written protocols or agreements among the Sheriff’s Office, Probation, District Attorney, local police, parole/CDCR, and other agencies.
Compliance operations and statistics
Existing reports on residence-verification operations, checks, suspected violations, arrests/referrals, and other aggregate activity from 2023 forward.
Local restrictions and child-safety policy
Records concerning consideration of lawful restrictions or enforcement practices involving schools, daycares, playgrounds, parks, and other places where children regularly congregate.
What the county actually maintains
The requests expressly avoid asking agencies to create new statistics. The eventual record may show that some requested figures are not maintained in existing reports or systems.
