Probation correspondence updated
The August 26 request was sent to an older published Probation address. A September 25 follow-up went to the same address. On October 21, the requester forwarded the original request to the newly published address and separately sent a follow-up copying County Counsel. California Government Code § 7922.535 generally provides 10 calendar days after agency receipt for a determination, with up to 14 additional days when the agency provides a qualifying written extension notice. These are not fixed production deadlines. The badges calculate elapsed time from the listed sent date unless receipt is confirmed; a sent email alone does not establish delivery. A red indicator flags that the usual determination window has passed without a documented determination, not a judicial finding of a CPRA violation.
