Track what was requested, how agencies responded, and which records were produced.

Eight ALPR-related request records and the Sheriff’s unified response are tracked below. The newest request was submitted August 13. The social-media request received an August 18 no-responsive-records response. On August 24, the Sheriff’s Office produced an administrative audit workbook in response to the updated-log request and separately reported no responsive records for the two remaining camera locations. On September 2, County Counsel produced the clarified vehicle-volume and hotlist reports requested in the August 12 updated-log matter. The initial August 24 response remains archived as a separate administrative audit-log production; in the camera-location matter, County Counsel clarified that no additional responsive records beyond previously produced material had been identified.
