Archive note

“No responsive records” is an agency search result

The archive treats those statements as the County's description of its search result, not as independent proof that the underlying activity never occurred. Likewise, the repeated § 7922.000 language is recorded as the County's objection; this page does not independently adjudicate that legal position.

What was produced

The attached 16-page PDF contains Sheriff Policy 327, local registration reference sheets, an older sample DOJ registration form, CSAR/OIMS quick-reference material, and the January 2025 California DOJ sex-offender registration/update form.

Why a targeted follow-up may still be useful

The production establishes that the Sheriff has a written policy calling for periodic verification of registration compliance, including residence-confirmation efforts. It does not identify how often those checks occur or provide aggregate records showing the number performed. The records-based report separates those established facts from questions that remain open.
