Official statement

No additional records were identified

After the requester asked whether the County considered its response complete and whether the request should be considered closed, County Counsel Greg Gillott replied: “That’s right. I followed up with staff and there were no additional records.”

What this changes

The archive now treats the Sheriff’s August 26 registration, compliance, and enforcement request as complete. The confirmation did not add another production or change the September 21 response; it resolved the remaining question about whether the County expected to locate or send additional records.

What remains separate

The separate August 26 request to the Amador County Probation Department remains open in the archive. No acknowledgement, determination, response, or production from Probation has been received as of September 26, 2026.
