County reports two cameras not installed; proposed sites still unresolved
The July 27 Flock email says two locations remained to be installed but does not name them. On August 24, County Counsel reported that a reasonably diligent search identified no responsive records and that the two cameras had not been installed. A same-day follow-up clarified that the request seeks proposed or designated locations, not only completed installations.
