  1. Records showing access to or use of Flock systems before February 25, 2025.
  2. Records identifying the source of pre-contract access, including agreements, pilots, partnerships, or access through another agency.
  3. Records explaining Flock training, certification, software, or subscription access during 2023 and 2024.
  4. All communications with Flock Safety from January 1, 2023 to the present.
  5. Lists of agencies authorized to access Amador data and agencies whose data Amador can access.
  6. Installation, activation, and operational dates for each camera.
  7. Grant applications, awards, agreements, reimbursement records, and funding correspondence.
  8. Monthly totals of ALPR searches from program inception.
  9. Records concerning any federal access and all outside users of Amador ALPR data.
  10. Sharing audits, compliance reviews, and records concerning Civil Code section 1798.90.55.
  11. The policy referenced in the September 13, 2023 training email, including drafts and approval records.
  12. Audits, misuse investigations, disciplinary reviews, and corrective actions from 2023 forward.
